The Depot Minneapolis, Minnesota Wedding Proves That Love Is Not Cancelled

This couple's wedding weekend was one for the books, not only because of their incredible love, but because of the obstacles they had to overcome in order to celebrate their love. Rumor has it that together with Amy Zaroff, they planned about 15 different weddings to adapt to the ever changing guidelines and restrictions on events due to COVID19. May this celebration be proof that incredible events can still happen safely, and that love is indeed never cancelled.

The weekend kicked off with a Costa Rican themed Welcome Party on the patio of The Depot. Alyssa & Thomas married at The Cathedral of St Paul and their reception was hosted back at The Depot with a cocktail hour on the patio which featured a stunning center bar, completed by a dynamic multi-course dinner inside. The real show stopper of the weekend was the Bride’s fashion picks. Both her Welcome Party dress and Wedding Dress were designed by Monique Lhuiller and featured embroidered floral patterns galore. Another highlight were those incredible ice sculpture mini raw bars that every guest received at dinner time! The weekend concluded with a party hosted back outside on the patio with entertainment provided by The DJ Firm from Chicago.

Congrats to the happy couple, and a special thank you to all of the incredible partners who made it all happen!
